I'm looking fie different snacks ideas. So why not trying other pals favorite???

my favorite is: yopa! authentic greek nonfat yogurt vanilla flavor with toasted amonds

    Braeburn apple, sliced, with almond or cashew butter - yummy! I also had a Danio 0% fat high protein greek yogurt yesterday and I didn't feel hungry again for hours.
