Hi, everyone,

I think this website is so nice and I can't believe its free. I currently weigh 196 pds and I would like to lose 50 pds. So I am here giving it a try. I am doing this for myslf, my health, and my family. If anyone have any suggestions, please feel free to throw them at me.

    Welcome! Istarted at 196 and I am down to 182. I want trying to lose around 50-60 more lbs for my wedding in November!

    Welcome! The best advice is to just follow your plan. Eat all your calories, including the ones you earn from exercise.
