Hey I'm 32 and have struggled with my weight a long time. A few years ago I was 240+, I lost down to 196 in 2008, but went through a rough time when I was laid off and got back up to 230. I started a lifestyle change a month ago and am now 215. My long term goal is to be healthy, which for me would be around 175. I was told about this site on another forum and I think it will motivate me to watch my portions and choices of what I eat. Thanks.
