TDEE what is yours?

I calculated mine to be about 2700, yet I can ate 3700 calories/day and lost weight..I'm experimenting at 4500 per day right now, any calculations for TDEE for myself have proven worthless..0

Mine is 2070 to 2180 depending on which calculator I use. The lower end is as per my FitBit so I generally use that.0

My TDEE is 3,042 at 176cm, 61.9 kg and about 10% body fat.
That being said I track my calories and macros on a weekly basis so I focus on hitting my weekly caloric target of 21,294 instead of a daily goal.
I am sedentary most of the day but run six days a week overlapping with my lifting (stronglifts 5x5) and crosstraining schedule (swimming and cycling primarily). I take one rest day every week.
I am currently maintaining my weight until my October marathon but may try to add some bulk after that.0 -

I take out the average axercise I do each day, which i about 400 calories, so my caloric goal each day is about 1700.

My fitbit tells me my TDEE daily, and it's generally between 2700 - 3000 a day. It's quite interesting to see how much it differs!0

Mine is somewhere between 2700 and 3200. I am still figuring what will help me maintain . I am 5'7 , female, 32 and around 140 pounds. This takes into account my active job, but not exercise .0

I'm 5'7" and 130 pounds and I've been maintaining for over two years at 1700 PLUS exercise cals. I don't have a consistent TDEE, so I just go by what MFP gives me and then add earned exercise calories. My basic, couch potato TDEE is 1700, but some days I run 10 miles, other days I run 3 miles and strength train. Some weeks I've super active, others I'm super lazy - never the same thing, so I can't rely on one standard TDEE.0

I don't understand why my TDEE is so low compared to others
I am 5 feet 1.5 inches and petite frame age 62 116 lbs and calculated via scoobys
With light exercise its 1575 and with moderate exercise its 1776
My cals have to be very low to lose weight
I only want to lose another 4 lb and reduce my body fat a little0 -
I'm 28 yrs, 5'4" (164 cm)
CW: 64.5 kg
%BF: 12~13%
My TDEE with workout is 2300 kcal!
I do TDEE- (15~20%) to loose fat!
Goal %BF is below 10%0 -
What is your TDEE and do you pay attention to it?
I just worked mine out and it is 2733. I want to bulk up so I got to add 10% on to this.

everyone should pay attention to their TDEE!
I alternate between maintaining and cutting to lower my bodyfat a bit, and my TDEE is about 2200ish
