Gym Trainers

Hi,

Looking for anyone who goes the gym to add me, could do with a few people to push me on my Diet... Opposite target from most though, I'm recomping\Slow Bulking, whilst Powerlifting.

    Ah whats going on I'm also bulking at the moment, it's pretty rare to see someone who isn't trying to lose weight on this site lol

    Yep!! Everyone's trying to loose it all, they're all missing the joys of Bulking!!

    How's the bulk going? You got a target weight set, or going more by Size?

    Currently gained 17 pounds (been bulking since September 2012), currently at 8-9% body fat (up around 2%)
    Going more from look and strength, I found that if you go by weight then you just get carried away and gain an excess amount of fat.

    Yeah, you can gain fat too easy if you go by weight, I'm doing the same thing really - going by look and Strength. Competing in May, so Strength is Key at the moment, recomping around 85KG, Although I'm sat at 19/20% Body fat at the moment!!
    I am going in the right direction, just very slowly!

    If you're already at 20% how high do you plan on going before you cut.

    Yeah, I'm staying around 19/20%, Hence the Diet changing to recomp. Bodyfat IS coming down going as I am just very slowly, which is fine for now, as I'm purely going for strength at the moment.

    My First PL comp is 19th May, after that, I'll switch for a bit to cut down
