:blushing: First of all I would like to say I'm sorry to my friends on mfp. I haven't been on the site lately. And I did appreciate your support when I was checking in daily. Between work and my home life I've just found it difficult to find enough time to even touch base lately. I think what is going to work best for me is coming in occaisionally and just reading the boards. Thanks to every one. I'm still tracking but I'm using a notebook when I do it. Well good luck to all with this long process of losing weight.

    It is important to journal regardless of whether it's electronically or manually, and I've heard it can be helpful to change things up from time to time. Having said that, there is no substitute for having weight loss buddies support you in your journey. Hope life calms down for you soon and that we keep seeing you on the boards.
