Body Revolution - Day 1 complete!

I'm looking for feed back from anyone who is beyond the 2nd week of the program. Having done Jillian's Shred and seeing Ripped i'm shocked at how easy she is making these first 2 weeks. Does she slowly add the hurt or am I going to be crying on day 1 of week 3?
