I started on this web site two months ago and it has been a big help. I am not one to go to a meeting and talk to a group of people about my weight, so this works great for me. as you can see, I have lost 11 pounds in the two months i have been here. This web site is very helpful. Also reading what others have been through is great. Good luck to all.

    Way to go! I, too, am finding this to be an excellent support. I have made this my home page on the Internet so it is always the first thing that comes up and I am sure to track my eating and exercise. 17 pounds so far for me -- TONS to go, but a good start.
