Did intense exercise help Lance Armstrong beat his cancer?
Did intence exercise help the marathoner who started the above website beat lymnphoma?
Seems so.
One of the indirect bebefits of exercise seems to be fewer and less severe illnesses. Do you feel it?

There is no sure cure for cancer...however, it is proven that being healthy, not only minimizes the chances, but also boosts your immune system to help fight whatever is thrown at it.
Is it felt....I think it is. I haven't been sick for over 2 years, my genetic disposition to cancer, high blood pressure, and diabetes is dropped dramatically with every pound I take off.
Not only that, psychologically, it's a great boost to see the body get into shape and into small clothes. Attitude is a powerful tool in fighting and winning anything that comes your way, beit cancers, loss, or even in our cases...weight loss.0
