Mine are
Old Wisconsin turkey sticks (only 60 cals and super tasty)
Pickles
Cucumbers and feta cheese
Hummus and wheat thins
Greek yogurt
Carrots and ranch
Cheese sticks
Wheat crackers
Apples and peanut butter

  • My favorite snack right now, is 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese with a 1 tbsp on sugar free chocolate pudding mix. Tastes like chocolate cheesecake. So yummy

Chicken breast roasted (at home) and sliced. Lean protein!

I also like greek yogurt (yopa is my current brand). If I'm low on fats for the day I do peanut butter on whole wheat bread.

Of all the snacks, though, apples are probably the one I should be having more of. They're just a lot of work to eat... lol

My current favorite is to peel a banana and take a spoon full of peanut butter. Dab a bit of peanut butter on the tip of the banana. Take a bite. Repeat. It's a peanut butter and banana sandwich without the added calories from bread. BAM!

    Some of my other favorites:

    Apples, specifically Gala apples
    String cheese
    Cuties (clementines!)
Almonds, natural, not roasted or salted
Cucumbers with a LITTLE BIT of salt
    Raw bell peppers sliced up
    Baby carrots and ranch
    Greek yogurt

There's a bunch of different things!

My favorites are greek yogurt + cereal, fruit (cuties and apples are my go-tos) + handful of nuts, almond thins, sometimes larabars if I'm out and need to grab something

  • Wow that sounds ridic, gonna have to try that!! I was eating the Axelrod fat free pineapple cottage cheese blend but I love that idea with chocolate pudding.

    My snack arsenal:
    - 100 calorie bag Orville Redenbacker popcorn
    - 40 calorie no sugar added Fudgescicles
    - Skinny cow sandwiches (150 cals)
    - A serving of fat-free no sugar added Jello pudding (1/2 cup - 80 calories)
    - A whole grapefruit no sweeters - 120 calories
    - Special K pastry bars (2 come in a pack, 100 calories for the whole pack - I try not to eat these though because they're not that filling but it gives me a chocolate fix)

    I'm a big snacker!

-Celery Sticks with Laughing Cow cheese
-Plain popcorn, in the air popper, with garlic and Parmesan cheese
    -Chobani Vanilla with fresh blueberries
    - 100 calorie packs of smoked almonds
    - Lowfat Cottage Cheese with a tropical fruit cup
    - Pretzel Rods (plain or sometimes with a TBSP of Teddie Peanut Butter)
    - Hard Boiled Eggs
    - For Desserts, I like to make angel food cake with a can of crushed pineapple - you just blend them together and bake like normal. I top with light cool whip and some shredded coconut. YUM! I also like to make brownies using a box of mix and can of pumpkin. Same thing - blend together and bake. No added oils or eggs.

The chocolate ones are surprisingly chocolate-y. I remember trying them on a whim and I figured they'd be mostly bar with a tiny bit of chocolate, but they're not. Strawberry ones are pretty good too.
