I just want to feel better

I have gained 50lbs in the last two years. I eat to relieve stress, boredom, and tiredness. I eat when I am not hungry. I really want to change this. My stomach hates me, my body hurts, and I am ready to feel better.
My goals are to stay with in my calorie range and learn proper portions again!! I walk my dog everyday at least one mile. I want to start walking farther and incorporate some weights and yoga.
I just had a major life change and feel now is the time to change my eating habits also. I am very excited to stop eating so much processed sugary food. I know it won't be easy. I can do this with help.

  • Add me if you like. I have issues with emotions and eating. I used to stuff my face when I was the older, heavier me and now I find it hard to eat when I'm upset now. I'm working on it though and on here, I've met so many great people! This is my one and true only support system
