FOOD VALUES= CARBS, SUGAR, PROTEIN ETC...

I am new to this and have a question. I noticed that there are values on the sugar, protein etc...what happens if you go over that limit?? Ive only had breakfast and a mid morning snack and Im already -1 on my sugar...

    I don't bother myself with that too much, As long as its fruits and healthy foods you are eating that is making it go high. I eat fruit a ton in a day and it will make my sugar go over 67g which is okay because its not chemically enhanced with sugar food.. So as long as its fruit and or healthy food and not chemically processed or soda. then don't worry about it, unless you see your not loosing weight then limit fruits for a while and try to stay on the sugar. But I myself see no problem when I go way over on healthy foods :)
