New--With 100 lbs to lose.

A little background--I am a wife/stay at home mommy. My husband and I go to the gym 3 days a week together, we do about 2 hours total of strength training and cardio each visit. I have already lost about 45lbs on my own before MFP, and now I just need the motivation and support to keep it going :)

My ultimate goal is 100 more lbs, but I'm really working towards the goals of

1.) A week long vacation in Florida

and

2.) Trying for our second child (Because I swore I wouldn't let myself be in such bad shape with the 2nd baby.)

So please, add me so we can support one another!

    Welcome! Your post reminded me of myself but about 10 years ago! I wish I had a place like this back then! It sounds like you are doing well so far! Keep up the great work! I know It's hard to sometimes keep your goals on this long journey but everything you do gets you closer and closer! I'll add you to my friends and we can motivate each other. :)

    My original goal was to lose 100 lbs also. I've been on here for almost 11 months and am progressing gradually. If you're committed to the lifestlye change, I'd love to add another person to my support system. Good luck to you and congrats on what you've accomplished so far.

    Hi my goal is to lose around 100lb before trying for baby number two also... Well done on the loss so far! Feel free to add me as I am looking of friends who understand and can support each other to progress, keep honest, bounce ideas off and confess to when stresses of family and work get too much and will power flees!

    i was in your shoes 2 years ago and lost 90 pounds and gained about 15 that I'm determined to lose before the summer. Just take it day to day. it seems like you're on the right track and believe me, you'll be where you want to be before you know it.

    When you look at 100 pounds to lose, it seems like a mountain to climb but you can lose 10 pounds ten times over. Reward yourself with new clothes at every 10 pounds or get your nails done....something you enjoy.

    You're doing a great job so far! I wish I would have lost weight before having my second! It's all good though. Better late than never! I love the support on here and all the great stories to keep me going!
