hello.

I am trying to decide how many calories if I eat about 6 carrots from Bunny-Luv baby carrots? How do I log this in calories if I eat 6 carrots?

what does the following means:

Serving Size 3 oz (85g)
Servings per container About 5
Calories 35.

What does the "About 5" mean?

I'd suggest weighing your food... if a serving size is 3oz or 85g, and you eat 6... that doesn't really mean anything. "about 5" means that according to the weight of the package there are approximately 5 servings in the bag.

So in conclusion. Get a food scale.

I am having the same issue with tuna.

If I use as scale, how will i know the calorie/protein/sugar amount?

The nutrition label should show you what the Carb/Fat/Protein is per serving.
