Hi everyone,
I'm a newby here at MFP recommended by my Dr. I had been a SP (Sparkpeople) for a couple of years but find this site alot better.
I'm a "big guy" 6-4" and my weight has peaked at 333lb. I'm drawing a line to stop over eating and get healthier. If you're from the VAbeach area hit me up to say hi.
