Nutrition Bars?

What does everyone think? Yay or nay??

What is your favourite and why?

Personally, I like to get all my nutrition from whole foods but they are super convenient if you're on the go! Lately, I've been eating the Luna Bars, and they're fitting into my macros so it's all good. Plus they're more carby which is great for me.

    What is your favourite and why?


    Lara Uber and Kind Bars - they taste AWESOME, have very few ingredients, mostly natural. Any of the macadamia Kind bars are like dessert. It's hard to stop at one sometimes!

    Gnu Foods Flavor & Fiber Bars - relatively natural, low cal (130 cals) and the flavors are rich, they taste like a dessert! A nice cup of coffee and a Gnu bar is a nice treat! The cinnamon raisin and banana walnut ones are nice and breakfasty. The cranberry orange is addicting.
