Do you?

I have been doing MFP for about two weeks now - love it! I seem to like to go in and enter all my food in the morning so I know what I am dealing with if I want anything else. This really seems to be working for me but I wondered what most of you do?

I find it interesting how difficult it is for me with 1200 to the recommended balance with sugar, fat, protein, potassium. I eat very healthy, no processed foods . . . also try to eat something every two hours - makes it nice to have something to look forward to.
