Quitting smoking with Zyban – Should I take it easy?

Over the last few months I have embraced my new lifestyle completely. Gym 5 times a week, much healthier eating and I’m almost at my ideal weight. My one last vice is the ciggy and it needs to go!
I started taking Zyban on Saturday and I’m not sure if it was because of it but I had terrible sickness and diarrhoea for 72 hours after. In that time I managed to barely eat 2 pieces of toast and lost 5lb through loss of body water and food. It was only today that I started feeling back on track and holding in my food.
I’m thinking of taking it easy this week, no gym, slightly higher calorie meals and slowly building my body back up ready for the big quit day in 10 days time. I also want to start the P90X from next week so I want to be ready for that.
The problem is the other half of me says screw it and go back to the gym and diet so I can’t decide :-/
What would you do?
