HI,

I've finally reached the point in my fitness where I can run/exercise to lose weight. I just can't seem to drop much during the school year-- too busy, tired, distracted, etc. I'd really like to make my goal to lose a pound a week by the time school is out. It is pretty do-able! I am in my 40's, so the weight is more sluggish to come off.

Join in this goal and let's share our tips and strategies for making this work!

Don't let Easter jelly beans and bunnies sabotage your progress! Throw them out, and throw your kids junk out too because you know you keep sneaky eating it when they're not looking.
