It depends on what is in them.

I make my own smoothies when I get home from the gym and they are close to 400 calories for one serving and they don't have anything bad:

    1% milk
    plain non fat Greek yogurt
frozen blueberries (not the sugary kind. Just plain, frozen blueberries)
    protein powder
    creatine
    pb

Are you talking about smoothies in general? If you get them and you know that it's fruit and yogurt then I would say yes it's healthy, Just watch the sugar content. Sometimes extra sugar sneaks into commercially made smoothies.

I make a protein smoothie after every workout. 1.5c strawberries, 1c mixed berries, 1c almond milk and 1 scoop protein :)

    Thanks for your responses!!

Its just a smoothie bar I go to!
They make it from scratch with fresh fruit and plain low fat yoghurt and fat free milk!

    Not thought about protein ones?
I was worried they would make me gain ''weight'' (muscle weight)

Im very uneducated about this kind of stuff! lol
