thoughts on something else to eat today.

I have my plan done for today. I am really trying to watch my sugar since I haven't been and think that may be why I haven't been able to lose....well I don't know what else to eat and I have quite a few more calories to do. I have tons of fruit at home but the only berries i have are strawberries. Anyone with some ideas, please share....I do have nuts too but they are a mix with cranberries and they aren't raw. (I like them though)

Your sugar intake today looks fine ... you do need to get to at least 1200 for today though so try slipping in something that doesn't have sugar...maybe pretzels? Most servings for pretzels is about 100 calories and shouldn't have too much sugar (or any at all - I don't track sugar so I don't really watch it)...0
