I did my very first P90X routine last night, Chest and Back and as much as I could of AbRipper X. How does users of the site log calories burned for the P90X routines?

The best way is to wear a Heart Rate Monitor and use the cals from that. That being said I enter the stregth training days as "circuit training" and Plyometrics as aerobics, High Impact.

Great question. I've been trying to figure out the same. I found this on the beachbody website (http://beachbody.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/371):

    600 P90X (average 57 mins)

I would not go by the 600 as some Plyo may burn more but the others will more than likely burn much less.

I wear a HRM. I go under "exercise" tab, click to add my own exercise, fill in the info for the workout (name of workout, length, cals burned) and then it is in my own personal exercise database. So once I add say, Chest & Back, it is in my database & can easily be pulled up the next time.

And I have never burned 600 cals doing anything in p90x....

What is a good reliable accurate HRM that does not make you wear a chest strap?
