Hello again and again.

Im doing it. I swear. I start a Biggest Loser competition today. I cannot eat a whole list of stuff (that sucks) and I can taste the food that I want. I started on here almost a year ago. Last summer I lost 45 pounds and for the most part Ive kept it off. Of course there have been the occasional 5 pounds here and there but for the most part, Ive kept it off. So 45 down 30-35 more to go. My goal is at least 30 pounds by the start of September.

Last time I was on here I was in a support group and I want to find another one. That helped me more than I thought. So here I go again. I will make it.


My current weight: 209.2
Goal Weigh by September 1: 170


Oh yeah. I want to also keep what boobage I have. Last year I was shocked at how much I lost. I heart what boobies I have left. I want to keep them.

    You can do it, just have it pictured in your head and follow through. You will get there :flowerforyou:
