I use GNC for a lot of information and such, but also use many other methods because they are obviously going to sell their products like any other shopping/supplement website. I did their little questionnaire for protein and how much you need and they told me I needed to have 198 and MFP only has me at 51....how much do I put into either for what is needed for me? Do I sit in the middle to make sure? Will it go worse for me if I go closer to the top? Any ideas on this out there? Thanks.

A position statement published by the ADA, DOC and ACSM recommends that endurance and strength-trained athletes have between 1.2 and 1.7 g/kg (0.5 - 0.8 grams per pound) of protein for the best performance and health. That amount is total body weight.
If you are just looking just be active amount is .8 g/kg to maintain your current muscle. MPF Goals section for me when I first start had my diet at 55% carbs, 15% protein and 30% fat. I had to adjust it myself. Think it was in 60s for me.0 -
