I feel cold often - not enough kcals?

Lately I've been very cold towards the end of the day almost every day. It makes me wonder if I'm eating enough. Right now I'm eating 1400 calories per day and trying to do anywhere from 30-60 mins of cardio exercise 4-5 times per week (plus weight training 2-3 times). It all sounds pretty healthy to me... am I cold for an unrelated reason, or do I need to change something?

uggg I have been FREEZING!!! after reading the link posted on here...I was glad I just started taking a multi vitamin to kick up my iron I have always had low iron - pretty close to anemic as I am not a fan of red meat and apparently the veggies I eat do not carry enough. I am not getting 100% of my daily iron needs so hopefully I warm up brrrr LOL0

Could it being early spring/feeling like winter still have anything to do with it?0

I am often cold. I particularly notice it a few hours after a hard workout. My hands especially tend to get cold, and they sometimes actually hurt with it.0

I have been feeling really cold and tired for some time now. I have been to the doctors for a blood test
They said I could have an underactive thyroid, low in iron/low blood sugar level
I hate it....Constantly feeling cold and need a throw in bed....Arggh!! Im 133lbs at 5 ft 90 -
I have similar problem! Especially with my hands being cold, I never thought it was from taking fewer calories. My daily calorie intake ranges from 1100 to 1600 (if I'm working out).0
