30 calorie burger sliders!!!!!!

having a big crowd over for the big game?!
these are guaranteed to have your crew coming back for more!
start with ground beef, i prefer 93% lean.
pinch off AND WEIGH 1/2oz. of beef.
flatten the meat into a patty.
season to taste. (im a sucker for sea salt and cracked pepper, but feel free to experiment!)
put a little EVOO in a skillet (nothing but cast iron for this guy!) and heat over high heat. watch for smoke, evoo has a pretty low burning temp.
pop your patty in there and listen to that sizzle!
cook to desired doneness. (medium rare for me, so about 10seconds on each side)
place your delicious patty on a bun, and adorn with whatever toppings you prefer!
if you really wanna keep the cals down, use squash or a slice of radish instead of meat, and lettuce leaves instead of bread, and water instead of ketchup, and a post-it note instead of cheese.
