I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of April.

I have excersized a total of 6hrs and 33 mins so far this month. lol so i still need 17 hrs and 27 more minutes.0

That's good. The thing I've found with this challenge is that even if I don't make the 24hrs/mo, I try so it motivates me to get more exercise in than I would have otherwise. If I do make the 24hrs - great feeling!0

another 2 hrs and 11 minutes from yesterday and today lol so i only need 15hrs and 16mins. not too bad for a first timer lol0

Only 16.25 hours to go! That's only about an hour a day from now through the 30th! I got this!0 -

another 10 minutes from today. Not very productive but it still counts lol So i only need a flat 14hrs left.0
