I just finished the cleanse. Day 10. I've lost 7 lbs. and inches. Will measure tomorrow to see how many.

I'd like to add some advocare experts as friends who can look at my diary and help me maximize my results.

I have 100 lbs to lose.

    Have you asked your sponsor, to take a look at it?

    I'm currently on Day 19 of the 24 Day Challenge. I'm down 9 pounds and 12.5 total inches so far.
