Good food

Hi everyone!

What are some good foods to eat or diets to be on while doing myfitnesspal and exercising. I am at such a loss, Any help would be great :)

    The easiest way to start is to just eat less of the foods you eat now. As far as diets are concerned they all have one mechanism in common that creates weight loss, that being, eating fewer calories that you need, hence my first statement.

    Personally I consume a whole food diet, meaning the fewer ingredients the better, and I also consume higher than normal (RDA) protein and a lower than recommended carbs because that is the way I eat normally, and not because I believe it's better than another's. Short answer.
