Exercise for flat stomach??

Options
Does anyone have an exercise for a flat stomach? Preferably something you've actually done that has shown results. Maybe throw in a diet to help to?

    Two things to a flatter stomach:
    1) A calorie-deficit diet (not necessarily low carb, but you can experiment around with intermittent lowish carb cycles)
    2) Patience

    If you want to go for a 4-pack, then some ab muscle-building exercises would be of help, but you the first two things above are still relevant. Some ab exercises:
    -Crunches
    -Hanging Leg Raises
    -Ab Wheel
    -Bicycles

    you've got to shed the fat before the toning will show. My recommendation would be running...its the hardest but fastest to loose it. And alternating with the typical toning exercises. crunches, etc. Look for ones that work lower abs .
