Weight loss consistent w/carbs at every meal?

Just curious to see what everyone's losses have been like while eating carbs at every meal. I tend to do this (slice of wheat toast in the a.m., brown rice or corn tortillas at midday, quinoa or whole grain pasta in the p.m.) but I am wondering if I should discontinue carbs somewhere during the day to help speed weight loss.

(Just fyi I eat lots of fruits and veggies)

    Well this probably won't be the most popular reply, but I pay little attention to carbs except trying to keep them within sensible limits. I lose weight by eating less calories than my body burns, and I maintain my weight by matching my calorie intake to calories burned. It's that simple.

    Ditto. Except I don't even watch carbs to keep them at a sensible limits (no being stupid, but I really don't know what that would mean exactly-like what's "sensible"?).
