Full disclosure, I am CEO of Gruve, but here are a couple thoughts.
Best worn on torso, a lot of women clip to skirt or bra
Watch out for water!
Establish a regular pattern of sync and charging, I plug in every night and unplugs in AM
will be green all day first seven days, then it has calibrated to you.
If you push the light bar and it flashes red times three, plug it into computer till bar is solid green, the battery is low
MFP integration comes later this month hopefully, we are testing it now
It is really accurate, but the activity it is measuring is low intensity, it is not a pedometer or exercise monitor, it is a NEAT sensing device, which is the basis for weight management
GOOD LUCK GRUVING0 -
Thank you! I want you to know I chose Gruve based on two things: the review I read in Prevention magazine, and the fact that it doesn't simply count my steps but counts every movement. That really was important to me. I DO wish I could wear it when I swim! I hope you have a waterproof version in the works.0

Anyone else have feedback on their Gruve experience? So far I'm loving the accuracy of tracking.0
