Hi all, I've embarked on the first leg of my weight loss journey using optifast as I need to lose about 25kg and would love some friends on MFP for support. Please add me: Elliejelly90 :) has anyone else had success on optifast?

    Not used Optifast or anything like it, but I wish you a massive amount of luck from the UK. I'm trying to lose about 25kg too. :smile:

    Hi,

    If your still going on this, I'm happy to help out. I live near Canberra and have been on optifast for about 16 weeks now. working really well for me. Happy to be added as a friend.

    Hi all, I started optifast two weeks ago and am down. Nine lbs. it is very hard to not eat as I am on shakes only. Like to hear success stories from others to stay motivated! Thanks
