Worry About To Much Protein?

I was wondering if when you use My fitness Pal and you input your food do you go over your Protein amounts for the day..and if you do does it concern you?

I've manually adjusted my goals because, IMO, the MFP targets for protein are way too low. Unless you have medical issues, you are likely not getting enough protein let alone to much. It's a good target to get 1g of protein per 1 lb. of lean body mass. So basically no, if you are going over based on what MFP has set than you are just fine!0

MFP's protein values are way to low, imho. I aim for no less than 80 a day. Ideally, I'd be getting at least 1 gram per pound of LBM. which for me would be roughly 90-95 grams. Sometimes I'm well over 100.0

so as i have about 77lb of muscle (according to my scales) i need to eat about 77g of Protein? :-)0
