I buy eggs every time! And yogurt (greek for me, regular for kids)..... Whats your go-to item??

Apples! I love Apples, every time I go to the store I buy more. I keep them in the fridge. It's a nice cold treat.

My entire grocery list is pretty much the same very week. My kids' treats/snacks may vary, but the meals and staples are all the same, for the most part.

Bananas, I eat at least 3 a day. I do 2 workouts a day and I find without them I get cramps during the second workout.

Have you discovered Two Chicks egg whites? Comes in cartons of 15 whites (500g) and costs around £3, available from large Sainsburys and Waitrose stores. I still eat whole eggs but will usually just have one and mix with some egg white to make higher protein omelettes.

Well, my favorite carb sources are

    Sweet potatoes
    Black Beans
    Rice
    Bananas
    Ice cream

I'm getting really tired of baking like 12+ chicken thighs at a time or even in the crock pot so now I'm pretty much an eggs and whey guy for protein. I tend to be fine on fat sources, but I keep dried mixed fruit and nuts around. I suppose I should count cottage cheese and yogurt in a hybrid carbs/protein category.

I looked at the containers of eggs thinking it would save me a step but it ended up costing way more so I keep buying eggs

CHEESE is a must have on my list
    Small wraps and Flat outs
    Chicken
    hubbies veggies
    Kids snacks
    Eggs
my turkey products to make my flat out pizza

No I haven't seen those. I'll have to have a look. Might be nice as the occasional treat but that's still twice the price of 15 eggs in asda, and I eat a LOT of egg whites. (I feel pretty **** thowing some of those yolks away though!!)
