My entire grocery list is pretty much the same very week. My kids' treats/snacks may vary, but the meals and staples are all the same, for the most part.0

Bananas, I eat at least 3 a day. I do 2 workouts a day and I find without them I get cramps during the second workout.0

I buy 90 eggs a week, I wish I could afford bottles of egg white.
Also Quorn 'chicken' fillets, greek yoghurt, baby corn0 -
My weekly shopping list always has:
milk
bread
greek yoghurt
cottage cheese
tomatoes
cucumber
cheese
mushrooms
eggs / egg whites0 -

Have you discovered Two Chicks egg whites? Comes in cartons of 15 whites (500g) and costs around £3, available from large Sainsburys and Waitrose stores. I still eat whole eggs but will usually just have one and mix with some egg white to make higher protein omelettes.0 -
Well, my favorite carb sources are
Sweet potatoes
Black Beans
Rice
Bananas
Ice cream
I'm getting really tired of baking like 12+ chicken thighs at a time or even in the crock pot so now I'm pretty much an eggs and whey guy for protein. I tend to be fine on fat sources, but I keep dried mixed fruit and nuts around. I suppose I should count cottage cheese and yogurt in a hybrid carbs/protein category.0 -
I looked at the containers of eggs thinking it would save me a step but it ended up costing way more so I keep buying eggs
CHEESE is a must have on my list
Small wraps and Flat outs
Chicken
hubbies veggies
Kids snacks
Eggs
my turkey products to make my flat out pizza0 -

No I haven't seen those. I'll have to have a look. Might be nice as the occasional treat but that's still twice the price of 15 eggs in asda, and I eat a LOT of egg whites. (I feel pretty **** thowing some of those yolks away though!!)0
