I need some help finding a good walking shoe. My knees are wore out from totin to much *kitten* around for so long. I walked about 3 miles yesterday and my legs looked like they were having seizures at the end. My feet and knees were sore for the stomping i was doing at the end of my walk. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Do you have a store locally that can fit you for tennis shoes? They will assess your feet, the way you walk, your arches, etc... If not, I've found that Asics are great for high arches and slightly wider feet - but that's just my foot type and personal experience.
Good luck!0 -
If you're walking long distances, I highly recommend going to a running store and being fitted. I had all kinds of issues when I was walking. As soon as I got the right shoes, everything turned around.0

Best advice I ever had was to always get them fitted by someone who knows what they're talking about AND having bought many pairs of walking shoes and apparel over the years, you do get what you pay for with walking gear.. don't skimp on price, spend as much as you can afford - a worthwhile investment for sure.0
