late TOM caused plateau?

has anyone else had experience with their plateau maybe being caused by a late TOM? i started my plateau around the same time i should have started TOM now one month later he finally showed but i have seen any loss. any ideas?

I believe you would start seeing progress again if you started netting much higher. I've seen a lot of women stall because they weren't eating enough, and were doing a whole lot of cardio. I know you started eating a bit more, but with so much exercise, and so much more lean mass than most women here, it isn't enough yet.
I recently learned of this site for estimating TDEE based on more specific information about activity throughout the day. If I remember correctly some of your activity comes from work, along with your dedicated exercise time. I think you might find it helpful. You are not very overweight, so I would recommend you aim to lose one pound per week. I believe your body would respond much better to that.
Anyway, I recommend you calculate your TDEE, and go from there.
