Hi,
Not sure where this should be posted so picked here...
Does anyoe else get paranoid about the calories they have burned in the gym, are they real or not? I sometimes get this feeling in my head that no matter what I have done I haven't really burnt any calories. I know it sounds/is illogical but I just get this crazy feeling.
I also get paranoid that despite knowing the calories for some foods because it says on the packets, that it is still wrong and that whatever they say it will really be double...
Does anyone else have this, is it normal or is this mental health issues around food coming back to haunt me? Any agreement or disagreements would be helpful into finding out just how weird I am

My big thing is double checking the package when logging... sometimes I think it would just be faster to make my own "my food" for every common item I eat because I can never be sure if I've checked it or not until it makes it to my frequent list lol..
Exercise- yes, with you there. I love my body fit media- I'm not currently losing any weight but that's cuz I'm not eating to my goal, I am pretty much maintaining which is what it says I should be doing lol.
food- I generally trust it, if I weigh the portions, I do not trust volume measurements.0
