French menu?

Hello there! I am going to a nice French restaurant for lunch, and am wondering what my (healthier) options are. Here is the menu, and thank you for your help! I was thinking of ordering the Langue de Veau. Would that be a really bad option? I know in general salads and soups are better for you without tons of dressing, but not many substitutions will be available at this particular restaurant, so I'm pretty much tuck with whatever dressing they have.

Here are the menus:

That place sounds fabulous. I'd say hell with the calorie counting for one night and go with the poulet aux crabe. Mmm!!!

    Whoops sorry.

Didn't see the link later down the post. The veal tongue looks fine. Most of the mains don't look too decadent, but I might ask for sauce on the side or underneath in case the mustard sauce contains butter and cream. Several of the meat dishes come with a wine reduction instead of a cream based sauce. Have a good time.

    Pork medallions, no sauce.
