Carb question...

Just wondering, not sure if this is a dumb question... But, Should I eat more complex carbs on lift days or days that I run? I alternate, One day lift (strong lifts) and the next, run.

You may want to add more information about yourself and stats, your current nutrition/fitness goals, and an overview of your progress and how long you've been monitoring your nutrition and/or been working on your fitness program. It may or not be relevant, but I think you'd get a more thoughtful, considered, reply.
In general, I'd say that you would be good to eat more carbs on both days (the extra energy will help you more efficiently burn bodyfat and/or build muscle). But there may be some nuance to this feedback based on whatever additional information you can provide.
In any rate, cool to see you're actively lifting/running. Good work!0
