I started out a size 26W and weighing 250 pounds. this time last year I weighed 220 pounds. November 2012 I got out from 200 pounds. I am now 175 pounds and just slipped into a size 14 pair of jeans and wear a medium on top. my goal size is a 9. I go by size goal I want to be more realistic. I felt more comfortable in a size 9 when I was that size before.

thanks. For my build a size 9 would be perfect for me. whatever weight I end up with as a size 9 will be my finishing weight. then I will move to maintaining that weight.

Great job on your success so far!!

Just keep in mind that odd sizes often indicate junior's clothing - the cut is often different (less room for hips, bum) than women's sizing.

For instance, I fit better in size 8 than I do size 9 (9's are a smidge tight). Not to disparage you or distract from your goals! But if the 9's are tight - try an 8!
