So I started the Couch to 5K plan this week. I'm really excited about it. I'm not really able to do much (abdominal muscles still healing from a csection January 29 and tendonitis in my wrist) so this is great. I also realzed how quickly one gets "runner's high". It's pretty amazing!
Is anyone else doing this (or another running plan)? Any tips for a beginner runner? What do you do on days you don't run? Any tips on pre/post run stretches?
