The double pooch

I have so many belly fat problems, and I can't seem to find any sites to help, so I thought I'd ask for anyone else's personal experience. My belly has the dreaded lower pooch, but it also has a pooch on my lowest rib above my belly button that I also can't seem to tone or get to disappear. Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone been able to fix it?
Abs are made in the kitchen, so I hear; does anyone have any food plans to rid the pooch?

I have the same probelm, but I am 215lbs so I guess it can be expected. From everything Ive heard the only thing that will make it go away is with losing more weight, the more that comes off the smaller the pooch. I have had 2 csections so I am guessing there will always be a little overhang even if I loss a lot.
I am sure the more you lose the smaller it will get! Keep at it!0 -
The dreaded belly fat! Ahhhhh! It is driving me INSANE. It seems the last place for me to lose fat is the belly.... it just hangs around, and hangs around. It is quite annoying. I was told by a friend of mine that lost hers and got a beautiful 6-pack that what changed was her diet... clean eating (which I do) and running on incline and sprinting. Soooo I am trying this and we will see how it goes. I think it just depends on your body... some of us cling to bellyfat and its the last to go.0

This sounds like the same prob I'm having and have been wondering how to get rid of it. I was going to post on it but decided to do a search instead to see if any topics on this were already created. anyways...
I have the, what I call, my main belly that sticks out. It dropped after I had surgery on my stomache area in 2007. Then I have this pooch that's right above my belly button which me and my sister in law call a nose lol. Yeah, I know. weird name we gave it lol. But both just frustrate me because even though I'm losing weight, it seems like neither one is shrinking.
I hope others reply to this topic because I would like to know what they did to get rid of or how they minimized their pooch.0 -

This saying is not referring to a certain food plan, it just means that you have to eat at a calorie deficit to lose fat.
Macros ratios are widely debated here on the boards, but I personally prefer to eat a minimum of 0.35 grams of fat per pound body weight, 1 gram of protein per pound body weight, and the rest of the calories just fall wherever I please once I get those minimums. This means that I set my macro goals on here at 25% fat, 30% protein, and 45% carbs and I allow myself to go over in fat and/or protein and don't really worry about carbs one way or the other.
It seems to be working for me. I like my abs, lol.0
