    Some people are confused as to why they seem to be going over on their sugar when eating 3 pieces of fruit a day.

    I tell them:

    Just watch your overall calorie and carbohydrate intake unless you have a medical reason to track your sugar.

    I was here for the cats. That's the last thing I remembered about MFP. And then I woke up to today where it just feels like I missed something. Somethings.
