Hello!
Just wanted to invite you all in to view my diary and let me know what you think about how I'm getting my calories and what I can improve.

I am learning how to eat right and my main focus has been my calorie intake vs healthier foods. What should I change or cut back on? What foods can I replace with something better?

Keep in mind that I am on a limited budget.

    How tall are you and how did you choose 115lb as the goal? You appear to eat quite healthy in the last week, so I suggest you track your protein intake and drop the cholesterol unless that is a known problem. I suspect your protein might be on the low end.
