Right everyone, I think its time we all tried doing something new to encourage us with this weight loss lark... Can you all fill me in on your best motivation tips, stuff you can do on a daily basis, like using this site for instance.
1) I fill in my calander every day, either red (bad day), yellow (so-so) or green (healthy), seeing how well you have done in colour is really good at making you aware of how healthy you have been in the past.
2) Looking at a picture of someone with a body you want in a bikini, maybe put it up on your wardobe, somewhere you will see it every day. Looking at the bad pictures of yourself can also work wonders.
3) Watching practically any American drama, from the hills to desperate housewives, they never have fat people on TV, and how incredible do they all look!!
So come on people, give me your best tips!

I quite like watching programmes like 'a year to save my life', 'supersize vs superskinny' 'I used to be fat' (so much rubbish TV on Viva if you're in the UK) whilst on the exercise bike.
Definitely going to the gym with friends, as it gets competitive in a friendly way, or talking about the good choices I made today to my family0 -

I also find those shows terribly motivating which I find odd. It doesn't make sense on paper that I would be motivated seeing a person struggling with morbid obesity when I'm just trying to get these last ten lbs off but I just really, really am.0 -
Watching dance shows to check what incredible body dancers have!0

Deffo! I am amazed by the bodies on the pump it up workouts, i cant imagine how it must feel to not have to hold it in as I walk... I think the part where they pile up all the food the fat person has eaten in a week is the best encouragement, its absolutely disgusting!0
