Get your KIDS in on being fit!!

I have a four year old and have been actively including him in my journey by incorporating my dietary choices into his meals and including him in my workouts that are lower intensity (he loves yoga and sometimes pilates lol) I just came upon this cute little workout video for kids and we did it together this morning.. I was pleasantly surprised that I broke a sweat and burned 140 calories in the 25 minutes and it was fun for my son to learn new moves and get some of that energy out..
