I have never been a "runner". In high school I was in the marching band, and then in college I focused mostly on having fun... so I'm not what you would call a formal athlete. Tuesday I tried to complete my couch to 5k routine... warm up, run 22 minutes, cool down. I stopped running after 17 minutes. Today, I completed it! 22 minutes of non-stop running! Sure, it was at a slow speed on the treadmill (5mph), but I DID IT!
Next indoor run is for 25 minutes (scheduled for Tuesday). Wish me luck!
