What does your LBM weigh?

According to my nifty new scale, my lean body mass weighs 107 lbs. I'm 5'7" tall and 47 years old. I have no idea if 107 lbs is good or bad...but I suppose that means when I get down to my goal weight of 140 lbs I'll be about 25% body fat which is where I'd like to be. That's assuming I keep all my LBM, of course.

I'm just curious as to what other people's number is (LBM, height and age). Please share!

As of the body composition analysis I had done on February 21st: 41 y.o., 5'9", 180.2 lbs, 133.95 lbs LMB, 25.6% BF.

I have lost another 6 pounds since then. I hope it was all fat (been eating 1900-2300 cals/day and CrossFItting 4-5x/week to maintain muscle mass). I'm going to get retested in mid-June to check my numbers.

BTW, my new digital scale gives a different (higher) figure for body fat. It's over by at least 3%. Maybe that's a good thing though: it motivates me to get my fat butt up, moving and sweating!
