finishing 30DS

I'm finishing 30DS tomorrow, and was planning on weighing and measuring myself Saturday morning. I am also planning on adding in some more weights and cardio tomorrow night, after I do the DVD, so is Saturday morning the best time anyway? I usually feel really light on those mornings (which I know is a weird thing to even say) but I also know not to weight when I'm sore or retaining water. Suggestions?

    It really does not matter, as long as it is in the morning. Saturday is fine :)

    Just pick a day/time and make it consistent. I weigh-in "officially" on Friday mornings only. I've not measured in awhile, but before I was measuring first thing in the morning about the 1st of the month.

    Thanks, guys! I usually weigh in on Wednesday or Thursday mornings, depending on how I worked out the night before. But I put this week's off because I knew I was finishing, so yeah. Thanks again!
